Court case on assaulting Mr.Freddy Gamage at the Negombo Municipal Council held today at the the Negombo Magistrate Court. And the two suspects who was in the custody, presented to the court today and the lawyer Mr.Shantha Niriella representing defending party asked for a bail and also he said they are looking forward to solve this case from the Mediation Boards Commission.
After concerning the facts presented by the lawyers representing Mr.Gamage, Magistrate Mr.Ruchira Weliwatta rejected bail application by the opposition. ” conduct a fair and correct investigations on this scenario” Magistrate said to to the police again.
