Specially the staff who works in inquiry counters don’t have pleasant approach to deal with their customers when customers ask about Doctors.
Recently there was a case that happened in “X-Lab” that established in 1981 as they say.It is about a scenario that the owner of that center blamed a customer who inquire about doctors late. Most of the Doctors are usually late to attend to most of the chanelling centers. Because of that patients have to wait hours to consult their doctors,but X -Lab doesn’t have enough facilities to cater their customers.And also warmer weather makes patients uncomfortable further. But these chanelling centers don’t seem even trying to give a quality service for the amount that patients pay.
So authorities should take quick and necessary steps to build up these each and every channeling centers in to a standard.Otherwise these ample number of channeling centers will make ample of problems in health sector in near future.
